after covering the zaca fire for almost two months, this is probably the most humorous line i've seen in any press release about the blaze:
The fire in the island within the Santa Cruz drainage continues to creep around.
i wish i knew who writes those updates. i almost laughed out loud when i read that. so not much is new around here. it's a pretty slow sunday, and after i finish of a zaca fire update, i should be out of here. as long as nothing exciting breaks on the police scanner. yawn.
